Server location

Our servers are securely housed in the Interxion in Vienna. Among other things, secure and air-conditioned server room with two-sided power supply, emergency power supply and 24/7 access is ideal for our hosting services.

Web hosting

For us - as an internet service provider - it is essential always to have full access to our systems. This not only remotely, but personally on site.

Individual needs require individual configurations. Our know-how in hosting, network engineering, system administration and programming makes this possible!

Failover

If you decide to host a site based on Plone using our service, this site is redundant. That means, your site exists 1:1 on a second server. This server takes over all necessary services in case the first server goes offline for maintenance or technical issues.

Backup

All data - with or without Plone - are transmitted daily to a backup server. Version 4 Plone sites are backed-up for a certain number of days back (we call this "backup history"). So, if you lost data per accident, there is no problem. We can put the site back to a previous state.
